A little discussion with Alino, our marvelous chatbot

ALINO THE CHATBOT Today Nicolas and I gave life to Alino , the chatbot of La Canaille restaurant. Thanks to his help, customers will be given basic information and may call us if they need any other information. It allows us to save some time to dedicate to our other customers. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- It has very interesting to create Alino and define its possible answers. It pushes us to guess and predict our guests' expectations. By talking with Alino instead of one of our employee, our team has more time to dedicate to our face-to-face customer.
